A rare map by Johann Baptist Homann (1663-1724), of the Gulf of Finland. Written in the top left corner reads, "Sinus Finnici Delineatio Geo Graphica ex quam plurimis fubfidiis no vifsimis stereographice tradita per Dm Tobiam Maijerum Prfellorem Mathefoos Goettingenfem. Curantibus Homannianis Heredibus Norimb. A. 1751". This map is in good condition with minor crease lines, and has been framed under glass. Frame - 19 3/4" x 32 1/2". Map.
