1. Getting Your Invoice

Successful bidders will receive an email from our post-sale service team with their invoice within 24 hours after the auction

The final amount due will include

    • the hammer price
    • the buyer’s premium
    • any local taxes if applicable
    • All fees and costs associated with shipping are separate from the hammer price (winning bid), buyer’s premium and sales taxes. (quote will be sent by Private Shipper

 

2. Payment of Invoice

Winning bidders must make payment within 48 hours from the date of receiving the invoice.

Buyers may pay through the PayPal link on their invoice with their credit card or Mastercard.  Oakwood Auctions also accepts bank transfer or cash (subject to any restrictions and legal limits).

3. Receive Your Property

Shipping Or Pick Up

Buy fine art online and shipping and insurance can be arranged through our preferred courier, PakShip, at 905-470-6874.

We recommend PakShip as they are fully knowledgeable on all international regulations, and can arrange expert and insured shipping and convenient delivery of your property. Once your invoice has been paid Pakship will automatically send you a quote with options for your shipping.

Local pickup is also available within 5 business days of payment in full at Oakwood Auctions. Alternatively, winning bidders can arrange their own shipping if cleared by Oakwood Auctions.
