Description:

Robert Bateman's "Orca Procession" This is a beautifully framed imited edition print. Bateman always tells a great story about each of his creations. Here is what he has to say about this piece: “'Orca' is the generic name for the 'killer whale.' Most people now prefer to use the name 'orca,' as 'killer' is a pejorative term. After all, every meat-eating creature is a killer. Orca is much more dignified. Dignity is the name that applies to these creatures. They are big and very impressive in their speed, intelligence and power.- Robert Bateman
